- 2oz. Blood Orange Skyy
- ½ oz. lime Juice
- Fill glass with ice
- Add fresh lemonade
- Topped with ginger beer
- Shake and Strain.·Served with orchid as garnish.
The Dragonfly
- Cayenne/salt/sugar rimmed martini glass
- Muddle 2 fresh orange slices and 2 raspberries
- .25oz. lemon juice
- .25oz. simple syrup
- 1.75oz. dragonfruit· Skyy
- 1.25oz. Yamayuzu Sake
- .5oz. Ichiko Shochu
- Shake and “double” strain into martini glass.
- Garnish with Grapefruit Twist!
Blood Orange Margarita
- Espalon Reposado Tequila( 1.5 oz)
- Freshly squeezed lime juice(1oz)
- Stirrings blood orange bitter·syrup(0.75oz)
- Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur(1oz)
- Agave syrup(0.25oz)
- Shaken and served up or on the rocks, with·our chili salt rim.
- Finished with orange essence.
Whiskey Plum Sour (Ume Uisuki)
- Yamazaki 12yr. Single Malt Whiskey(1.5oz)
- Plum Gekkeikan(1oz)
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice(0.75oz)
- Angostura(2-3 dashes)
- Balanced sweetness(0.25oz)
- Egg white(1)
- Shaken and served on the rocks.
- Finished with lemon and mint essence.
