D.S. Tequila Fish Tacos

This will make a lot of fish tacos. Scale to fit your needs:

Jalapeno Cole Slaw

Makes ½ gallon

• 8 quarts cabbage
• 4 cups mayo
• 1.5 tbs dry mustart
• 1.5 cups sugar
• 1.5 cups apple cider vinegar
• .5 tsp pepper
• .5 tsp salt
• 1 cup diced jalapeno
• 1.5 carrots shedded

Talapia Seasoning

• 1tbs cumin
• 2tbs coriander
• 2 tbs cayenne pepper
• 3 tbs garlic powder
• 4 tbs celery salt
• 5 tbs salt
• 10 tbs paprika
• 15 tbs black pepper
